Graduates with a Level 8 award on the National Framework of Qualifications typically undergraduate students are granted 12 months of permission to stay and seek employment in Ireland.
Up to 24 Months Permission
Graduates holding a Level 9 or higher award such as master’s or PhD students qualify for the Graduate Programme and are granted 24 months of permission.
