Graphic Designer
Job Type: Entry level
- Manage social media accounts: Quora, LinkedIn with a larger focus on Facebook & Instagram
- Stay up to date with latest social media technologies and trends
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily inline with the brand guidelines
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
- Write and design microblogs (for Instagram) based on Insights articles on the website
- Design creatives for social media using templates on Canva, Illustrator or Photoshop
- Create quick and engaging videos – from script to execution
- Create illustrations for websites, sales/marketing collateral, e-mail blasts, infographics, presentations and other communication design projects as needed
- Effectively utilize current brand guidelines and recommends improvements based on current trends
- Proven 2 years of industry experience
- Proficient in software and technologies including InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CorelDraw etc
Senior Education Counsellor
Job Type: Mid-Senior level
- Help the clients (students) with university selection, course guidance, guidance on scholarships, profile building, financing options & determine the interest, aptitude and abilities
- Setting rigorous follow up mechanisms with students and the universities abroad
- Ensuring excellent & professional services to students
- Unlearning the traditional methods of counselling face to face, and revolutionising the process by adopting the technology available, and counselling the clients online
- To provide regular follow up on inquiries received
- Maintain the database for the clients interested in overseas studies
- Build good relationship with potential & existing clients
- Provide pre-sales support in terms of collecting the target audience database for all locations, managing mailers/e-mailers campaigns and coordinating other pre-sales activities.
- Help the clients in making a list of all documents needed while submitting their applications
- Help the clients with SOP analysis and improvements, assistance for LORs, resume editing and financial documentation support
- Assist clients with visa applications & help them in preparation for the visa interview
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with overseas education company or consultants
- Well versed with counselling for admissions of Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, UK process & student counselling for the same
- Graduation/ Masters in counselling will be an advantage
Digital Marketing Executive
Job Type: Associate
- Timely manage digital ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google Quora, etc
- Create digital campaigns from scratch for based on current social media trends
- Content writing for web pages and services
- Write blogs, essays, and other digital content for the company
- Report and manage digital ads and run campaigns, assess and report on ROI and KPIs
- Respond to all inquiries posted by students on digital platforms
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Enhance student’s experience on the website from time-to-time
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Fluency in English language
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM techniques
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Knows basic designing skills
Overseas Education Counsellor
Job Type: Entry level
- Communicate with students from all around the world. Help them in finding the right course, colleges, and country for their Bachelor’s, Master’s, diploma, and Ph. D. courses
- Ensuring timely replies and updates related to their applications
- Keeping good knowledge about the latest immigration and education updates in different countries
- Ensuring a trustworthy approach with all students
- Helping students with SOP, LORs and motivation letters or essay writing.
- Maintaining good relationship with existing and potential clients
- Tapping new clients, cold calling, emails and solving their issue immediately
- Guiding students with LORs, SOP analysis, financial, document support and editing resumes.
- Keeping a regular follow up on inquiries submitted by clients
- Assist clients with visa applications & help them in preparation for the visa interview.
- Maintain the database for the clients interested in overseas education
- Good communication skills.
