You can appeal most denied visa applications to the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service or to the visa office where you originally submitted your Irish visa application. We will advise you on whether an appeal has a chance of success based on the information provided by the client and the reasons for the visa refusal. We have successfully appealed the visa refusal decision.
Visa Appeal Application
- Your denial letter will state whether you can appeal. There is no fee.
- Your appeal must be received within 2 months from the date of the denial letter.
- If your appeal is received late, the original visa decision cannot be changed. However, you may submit and pay for a new visa application if you wish.
- In certain circumstances, you cannot appeal a visa decision and may be barred from applying for a visa for up to 5 years. This may be the case if you provided false or misleading information with your original application.
- The rejection letter will state whether this applies to you.
