  • A valid passport that has 2 blank pages and has the validity of more than 3 months from the date on which you leave the Schengen area. 
  • Copies of all pages of the passport 
  • IRP card and copy
  • 2 passport size photos
  • Bank statement form last 3-6 months
  • Proof of funds that are enough to support you during your stay in the country
  • Proof of tickets which includes flight bookings, hotel bookings, and your travel itinerary 
  • Copy of the return ticket flight reservation
  • Filled application form
  • A cover letter that states your reason for the visit and detailed travel plan 
  • A medical insurance proof with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros approved by Schengen countries
  • Accommodation proof(utility bills, bank statements, lease agreement etc) 

For Working Professionals:

  • Filled application form
  • IRP card and copy
  • Proof of travel which includes an original passport and copies of the same
  • Evidence of legal residence(work permit letter, IRP card, employment contract)
  • No obligation letter from the employer that mentions specific dates of travel and return
  • Irish bank statement in the applicant’s name and address. The bank statement must prove that the applicant has enough funds to support his stay and return to Ireland 
  • If the applicant is supported by a sponsor financially then a letter of sponsorship( from work or from parents etc) certified by the notary public in the member state where it was issued
  • A marriage certificate in case you are supported by the spouse. This applies to the applicant who does not work herself/himself
  • If self employed then the company’s registration certificate and a recent business printout available form the companies registration office 

For students:

  • General verification letter signed by the university which is official and latest or offer letter that states full fee paid and the duration of the course
  • The university should be based in Ireland stating the date of issue 
  • Mention the name of the applicant and the course you are currently enrolled in
  • Proof of part-time job and three most recent payslips along with the letter from the employer

Other documents:

  • An invite from a family member or a sponsor, if applicable.
  • Last 6 months bank statement

Fees for Netherlands tourist visa

  • For adults the Schengen visa fee is €80 per person
  • For child between 6-12 years visa fee is €40 per person
  • Children younger than 6 years of age the visa fee is free
  • Nationals from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia visa fee is €35 per person
  • A family member of an EU/EEA national is free.
